UDM 501 measuring case with GSM data logger
In collaboration with
KDS Bohrtechnik GmbH, a robust, modular, and above all construction site-compatible measuring system was developed for development, sampling, and data acquisition in the field of well construction.
The goal was to create a compact solution with a wide range of measurement parameters for a variety of requirements.
The result was a robust, compact, mobile measuring case with an integrated ultrasonic flow meter, data logger, and battery power supply. It can be expanded as desired with external probes for e.g.: pH, turbidity, conductivity, etc. – the UDM 501.
Areas of application and functions of the UDM 501
- Measurement data acquisition for well construction/test drilling/pump tests in accordance with the specified official requirements, e.g.: pH, LF, turbidity, flow, etc.
- Data retrieval via online portal, freely customizable to customer requirements. The measured values can be downloaded and processed as .xls or .csv files.
- Robust design for construction site use with battery operation.
- Simple/intuitive operation and installation.
- Modular system for maximum flexibility, expandable as required.
