The pile driving core probes can be pulled out of the ground without much effort by using pullers, which are available in different construction.
The first pile core probe can be easily pulled out using a puller with a puller extension system. If the pile core probe is still partially stuck in the upper soil section, it can be pulled out using a support jack and a lifting boom with chain.
For the other (deeper) pile core probes, the mechanical puller can be placed directly on the surface of the soil. The mechanical extractor is available in a 1-man and a 2-man version. The 1-man mechanical puller has a pulling force of 20 kN and a usable length of 70 cm. The 2-man version has a pulling force of 40 kN. Rods with a length of 1.9 m are supplied separately.
Once the pile core probe is exposed, it can be pulled out of the borehole using a ball clamp with a diameter of 32 to 36 mm with handles and a maximum pulling force of 40 kN. The universal clamp housing, which can be used with clamping jaws, has a diameter of 22 - 80 mm. Various clamping jaws can be used to clamp rods or casing. These have diameters of 32 - 36 mm, 36 - 45 mm and 50 - 54 mm. With the help of a filling ring, the clamp housing can be used with the mechanical rod puller.
