The online turbidity meter consists of a controller and a turbidity sensor. The sensor outputs an RS485 signal, which improves interference resistance in field applications. The controller is equipped with analog, digital, switching, and other output interfaces.
The LED light source emits infrared light, which is transmitted through the emitting fiber to suspended particles in the water, where it is scattered. The scattered light is then transmitted through the receiving fiber to a photoelectric detector.
Following photoelectric conversion, signal processing, and software-based calculations, the turbidity value of the sample is determined.
