The SEWER-MAG is a plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter. It ensures accurate flow measurements even under difficult flow conditions. The SEWER-MAG is normally installed temporarily in sewer networks to verify or calibrate existing flowmeters.
The inflatable plug forces the water through the meter tube, which is filled with specially designed discharge bends. The flow plug creates a straight section (3x pipe diameter) before the measuring point, the outlet has a length of 2x the pipe diameter downstream.
The SEWER-MAG is combined with a converter that is supplied with power (AC or DC).
